Refund Policy

No exchanges or returns on made to order items. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you know appropriate size and color of the items you want. We try extremely hard to provide a detailed fit description and are available via email or through our Facebook VIP group to answer any and all fit questions. We handmake all the items in the shop (unless otherwise specified) and once your order is placed we do not cancel orders, so please make sure you check and double check your order before submitting. When ordering from collections, please make sure to READ THE COLLECTION INFORMATION.

Please know that we strive to create beautiful and as close to perfect items as we can. All distressed, hand dyed, or acid(bleach) washed items will all be unique and none will be the same. Naturally, sublimated designs can fade after washing and wearing- to best preserve this please follow wash instructions included in your order.

If your purchase arrives damaged or includes inaccurate items, please send me an email to thegraceandgayle@gmail.com within 3 days and we will work together to fix this situation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This is our heart and we love what we do, please be respectful and understanding.
