We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was entered in at check out that the customer failed to correct. Please double, and triple check your info! We don't work for the carrier, so if you encounter an issue once its been shipped and picked up from our location you will need to contact the appropriate shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund, or for lost returns.
